TLDR: We’ve been doing AI training, adoption, and innovation with a select few mid-to-large-sized companies for the past nine months. Now, we’re ready to bring everything we know about AI to your organization.
In my experience, about 10 percent of the people in any company are actually using AI. These are the early adopters, the curious technophiles, the ambitious people who read this newsletter—people like you.
Everyone else? Ten percent are vehemently against it. And 80 percent are willing to use it—but really, they just want to get their jobs done. And who can blame them?
They’re in a tight bind. Do they do their work the old way, and guarantee it gets done well and on time? Or do they take a risk, and try a new tool? If it doesn’t work, they may end up way behind schedule, and have to work twice as hard to catch up. So they keep running on the treadmill: doing things the same old way while the landscape of tools shifts under their feet.
Every company knows this is unsustainable—so every company has a “working group” tasked with finding AI tools and recommending best practices for implementing them. But usually, after a year of work, nothing much comes from them: AI is no one’s full-time job, even if it affects everyone.
That’s where we come in. Over the last year, we’ve noticed this dynamic over and over again in the large organizations we interact with, and we’ve been quietly consulting with a select few that want to get ahead in AI. Our team of entrepreneurs, designers, writers, and editors study their organizations, and produce custom training for their employees that dramatically increase AI adoption and productivity.
The results have been extremely positive. NPS scores for our trainings are greater than 70 on average, and our partners tell us it’s because every session is entirely customized not just for their business, but for the individual team in the session. Here are some things they’ve said:
“It was an incredibly useful session. I'm new to my role, so I'm not as familiar with which pieces of content are our best [or] which ones we should use as an example for a style guide, so I got behind during the practical application part. It's also great to have the prompts in Notion that we can refer to. I use ChatGPT daily but had no idea some of the features you showed us existed.”
“The step-by-step guide that we could follow along with that all tied together was what I enjoyed most. The interactive session specifically catered to our team was great.”
“I think the group was the most engaged I've seen and likely got a lot out of it—I know that I did. This is really going to supercharge me for 2025!”
“Super helpful, straightforward, and easy to follow along. Really appreciated the hands-on examples and the interactive nature.”
We’re not only approaching AI adoption in unique ways. Brands are partnering with us to think creatively for their go-to-market strategies and product development. Software companies are hiring us to imagine disruptive competitors, and then prototype MVPs for them. Schools are working with us to strategize and build AI-first approaches to their national expansion. Large law firms are hiring us to solve highly technical problems unlocking tens of millions of dollars in revenue. Here’s what they are saying about our work:
"We worked with Every to run an AI strategy sprint. They helped us identify our key opportunities and risks, and built a roadmap that we're still executing on today."
"This is insane work. We pretty much built a whole new product in two days."
"Every was thoughtful in their approach and methodical (and fast) in their execution. They have a deep bench of experts they tap to help deliver on unique solutions."
"Every is a team of cutting-edge experts who are also a joy to work with. They helped us transform complex ideas into a nose-to-tail marketing funnel that we couldn't be more excited about."
Now we’re ready to open our doors publicly. So we’re officially announcing Every Consulting: our consulting arm designed to bring everything we know about AI to your organization.
We don’t teach theory. Instead, we help you use AI to make your Mondays better. We won’t just help you imagine what’s possible—we’ll get you doing it.
What we do
Adoption: From ‘What if?’ to ‘Watch this’
With AI, we'll help take your team to the next level. Let your people stop drowning in the mundane so they can tackle the meaningful challenges that only humans can solve.
- Finding your bottlenecks: We conduct in-depth interviews across your organization, uncovering the pain points and missed opportunities that AI can fix.
- Insights, delivered smartly: Leadership gets the big picture in Paradigm, a proprietary chat-based reporting tool where we outline all the challenges and opportunities in your business and how AI will help solve them.
- Custom everything: From prompts to GPTs, we build tools that solve your unique challenges and deliver them to their teams so they start at 80 percent on AI prompt development, not 0.
- Toolkits that work: We handle procurement and deployment for platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, so you’re using the best model for the job.
- Tailored training that sticks: No boring PowerPoint presentations here. Our department-specific training doesn’t just teach; it uplifts. Each session is crafted around real, relevant use cases for your team, ensuring your people leave with actionable tools and skills they can use immediately and the know-how to make them better.
Development: Building tomorrow’s tools, today
When off-the-shelf solutions fall short, we roll up our sleeves and craft exactly what you need.
- Automate the tedious with agents: Like turning hours of invoice reconciliation into seconds of automation.
- Tailored models: Custom AI that fits your business like a glove.
- Smarter measurements: Evaluation systems that let you know what’s working—and what isn’t.
Innovation: Inject fresh life into your product
Remember when "disruption" meant your train was late? Now, it means your entire industry is being reinvented by someone with an API key. Let's be that someone.
We’ll take you from 2x to 10x with:
- Entire net new product exploration alongside our product Studio
- Feature development
- Proof-of-concept prototype development
Because in AI, thinking small is the only real sin.
