Good news: We raised $2 million—an amount large enough that our investors will answer the phone if we need them, and small enough that we can keep being weird.
The round was co-led by Reid Hoffman and StartingLine VC, with participation from Will England of Walleye Capital. It’s a unique structure: We're not taking it all at once; instead, we can draw it down when we need it. Call it a sip seed round.
AI helps us do more with less, so we don’t need a giant pile of cash. But a little money is nice, because it’ll let us try new experiments quickly and easily.
Now, we’ll get back to doing what we do best: Write and build at the frontier of AI.
You’ll see more of what you’ve come to expect from us. Hands-on, day-zero model reviews. Deep-dive essays on how AI reshapes work and the self. AI-powered tools like Cora, Sparkle, and Spiral that help you live and work better.
If you’re curious, you can read more about what we’re up to in the New York Times today.
Thanks for being along for the ride with us. I can’t wait for what comes next.
