P.A.R.A — An Introduction

Hi Praxis subscribers! 

P.A.R.A is one of Tiago Forte’s most popular ideas, but it can be intimidating and hard to understand. Fortunately, Tiago wrote an entire series on it a few years ago. 

We think his series is excellent and so we’re trying an experiment: we’re going to resurface these posts for Praxis subscribers over the next few weeks, so we can all refresh our collective memories! Think of it like a little bit of spaced repetition. 

We’ll also do a little summary at the top of each email so you remember exactly what the post is about. 

The first post in the series is an introduction to the four components of P.A.R.A: Projects, Areas, Resources, and Archives. It then dives into how to start implementing the P.A.R.A. system across your programs to better prioritize projects, understand the scope of your commitments, and track your progress.
