Thank you for thie article. When I look at all your suggestions, I notice they are cognitive based. I believe you skip two essential parts. We are complex adaptive biological organisms. Our biology, i.e., our body plays an important role in enabling or inhibiting change and we interact with the context in which we live. Our biology, our biography, and our context play a role. For some, a cognitive approach may work. For others addressing biology and context are essential aspects that also need to be taken into account..
