Your After Party ticket

Thesis is Every's first conference: a single day on the future of work after automation, November 5, 2026, at Pioneer Works in Red Hook, Brooklyn. We want everyone who takes part, in the room, at related events, and watching online, to have a safe, welcoming, and productive experience.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination in any form.

Thesis is built for real debate and contrarian ideas: no hype, all signal. Hard questions and disagreement are welcome. Personal attacks and harassment are not. Critique ideas, not people.

Everyone taking part in Thesis and its official related events: attendees, speakers, moderators and panelists, sponsors, exhibitors and activation partners, vendors, press, volunteers, Every staff, and event production staff.

• The venue and every programming space: Agora, Salon, Classroom, Office, Garden, Café, Family Table, and all activations and exhibits.
• The after-party and any official social events, including sponsor-hosted dinners and breakfasts in the week around the conference.
• Online and digital surfaces tied to the event: the public livestream and its chat, the event site and any event app, the “Bring Your Agent” registration and check-in experience, and any official event channels or communities.

• Treat everyone with respect and consideration, and assume good faith.
• Keep debate constructive: challenge ideas, not the people holding them.
• Respect other people's privacy and consent, including around photography, recording, and sharing.
• Follow the instructions of Every staff and venue security.
• Wear your badge while on site. Your badge is personal to you and is not transferable — don't share, lend, or alter it.
• Respect the venue and the people around it. Pioneer Works and Dustin Yellin's studio are working arts spaces in a residential part of Red Hook: take care of the art and the staff, keep it down outside, and follow all venue rules.
• Drink responsibly. Alcohol at the party and social events is served only to guests of legal drinking age (21+), and you may be asked for ID.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Offensive or discriminatory comments related to any of the characteristics above.
• Unwelcome sexual language, imagery, or attention, in talks, sessions, booths, materials, chat, on social media, or in person.
• Intimidation, stalking, or following.
• Harassing photography or recording, or recording someone who has asked you not to.
• Sustained disruption of talks, sessions, or other events.
• Unwelcome physical contact.
• Carrying a weapon or any object that could endanger others, or refusing venue entry screening or security instructions.
• Harvesting or misusing other people's data — see “Networking, attendee data, and privacy” below.
• Encouraging or advocating for any of the above.

“I was only joking” is not a defense. Behavior can be harassing without intent to offend, and anyone asked to stop is expected to stop immediately.

You and your staff are covered by this code. Don't use sexualized images, activities, clothing, or materials, and don't create a sexualized or otherwise exclusionary environment at your booth, activation, or session.

Thesis is photographed, recorded, and partly live-streamed to the public (roughly a quarter of the day), as well as on Every.TV. By attending, you may appear in photos, video, or the stream. If you have concerns, tell an Every staff member, and never photograph or record someone who has asked you not to.

Thesis is built for connection: the “Bring Your Agent” experience, curated seating, and attendee matchmaking all run on information people share with us. Use it in that spirit.

• Use another attendee's contact details only for genuine, one-to-one follow-up they would welcome.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect attendee names, badge data, contact details, or “Bring Your Agent” data for spam, mass marketing, recruiting blasts, or any unsolicited outreach. Doing so can get you removed without a refund and may carry consequences under privacy and anti-spam laws.
• Sponsors, exhibitors, and partners may collect an attendee's details only with that person's clear opt-in, such as a badge scan they agree to. No opt-in, no capture.

If you're being harassed, see someone else being harassed, or have any other concern, contact Every staff right away.

For an emergency or an immediate threat to safety, call 911 first.

Staff can help you contact venue security or local law enforcement, arrange an escort, or otherwise help you feel safe for the rest of the event. Reports are taken seriously and handled with discretion, and we'll protect your confidentiality as far as we can. If the person being reported is a member of Every staff, they won't be involved in handling the report.

We want everyone to take part fully. If you need an accommodation to participate, email [email protected] ahead of the event and we'll do our best to arrange it. Registered service animals are welcome.

Every's organizers may take any action they judge appropriate, at their sole discretion, including:

• A warning.
• Removal from a session, space, or the whole event, with no refund.
• Revoking access to the livestream, event platforms, or related events.
• A ban from future Every events.
• Reporting the incident to the person's employer or to local law enforcement.

This applies equally to attendees, speakers, sponsors, and everyone else covered above. Passes are non-transferable, and no refund is owed to anyone removed for a violation.
