Compound Engineering Camp

Compound engineering is the AI-native philosophy that helps Every ship products with single-person teams—and it has 14,000+ stars on GitHub. Since the last camp, Kieran Klaassen, the creator of compound engineering, and Trevin Chow, a product leader and core contributor to the system, have been making compound engineering more product-brained—building out product-focused workflows with the goal of making it as valuable for product managers and founders as it is for engineers.

In this camp, Kieran will walk you through what's new, go deeper on the brainstorm and ideate steps, and share examples of using compound engineering beyond engineering work. Trevin will cover recent updates, including major improvements to token usage, smarter document review, and the new non-engineering workflows. This session is for paid subscribers.
