Compound Engineering

A four-week intensive for experienced engineers ready to master AI-first engineering. Work alongside peers from other companies, tackle a real, complex PRD as a team, and walk away with new practices that allow each unit of engineering work to compound into the next.

This course is led by Kieran Klassen, Every's Entrepreneur in Residence and the General Manager of Cora. Kieran was previously the cofounder and vice president of engineering at marketplace platforms Vinebase and Occasion.

The course will feature four live workshops and regular open working sessions with Every engineers. It's built for engineers, tech leads, and CTOs who are already technical and want to get ahead of what's coming. The session are on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time, via Zoom—April 7, 14, 21, and 28. You'll also have access to weekly open working sessions with Every engineers and peers on Thursdays.
