Which idea could you take off the whiteboard and let people try?

Based on what you know about my work, identify one idea we could take off the whiteboard and let people try. Suggest the smallest useful version—a working screen, sample newsletter, report, or another concrete example—and explain what we could learn from someone using it. Don’t invent an idea on my behalf; if you lack context, ask what I’ve been wanting to try. Create a first version I can react to, and be clear about what works and what is only a mockup.
